Every job is surveyed, quoted at a fixed price and certified on completion. If we cannot do something safely, we say so rather than quoting for it.

The method
Supply first, price second
Most of what goes wrong with a charging point installation is decided before anyone picks up a tool. A quote given without checking the main fuse, the consumer unit and the earthing arrangement is a guess, and the difference turns up later as an extra on the invoice.
So the order is fixed: survey, load check, then a price for the work described. If capacity is tight, load management or an upgrade is in the quote you accept, not a conversation we have afterwards.

- Circuit tested, results recorded, certificate issued
- Network operator notified where notification is required
- If your property cannot take a charging point safely, we tell you

This is deliberate. Any installer can type a scheme name onto a website. The number, and the ability to check it, is the part that means anything.
